Visualize murdering the korporate paradigm, and you're half way there my friends!

I often listen to music when I want to visualize my 'ideal' world. Of course, for anything ideal to come about, you must destroy the current paradigm. Yes, it's often violent and primitive, but how else would you destroy something inherently evil? Even the most peaceful 'nonviolent' activists of the past have had a certain sterness in their character. Gentle, but always firm in their resolve. So here's my playlist for combatting evil! Have fun with your own visualizations and meditations... and HEXES! Mwhahahhahaha! Be the shaman/ witch/ sorcerer you were born to be, and f$#@ up the korporate world real good :)

Veljo Tormis - 'Curse Upon Iron' (Raua needmine)

This one is unbelievably powerful, literally starting with the shaman's drumbeat. Watch out! You may melt federal buildings with it! :D

Bjork - Mouth's Cradle

I had a great visualization to this one a while ago. I was climbing a mountain, made of the decapitated heads of state, or business or what have you. I climbed with the aid of a pointed staff, which pierced and mutilated their heads further. I saw that there was a rope hanging just above me, which was in fact a snake, and I sunk my teeth into it to steady myself. I had a beautiful white owl on my shoulder, and once I reached the top of the mountain, the wisdom of the owl exploded into my head and we became the new sun. How about that for mental?! It was as awesome as it sounds though ;)

Stravinsky - The Rite of Spring

Of course, this is about some poor maiden being sacrificed in a pagan ritual to appease the god of Spring. But why not turn it around 180 degrees and make it about CEOs being sacrificed to Beezlebub so we can have peace of mind? A much better use for it, methinks! You say CEO, I say 'Ba'al's balls!' Actually, I believe that last one is the name of a metal band :D

Danielle Dax- Hammerheads

Well, Danielle Dax pretty much rawks! Easy to imagine her kicking some CEO butt :)

Kate Bush - The Dreaming

You'd definitely want Kate Bush and the Aborigines in your army along with all the above! Who doesn't love Kate?!

This one is just glorious. We shall triumph! Honestly, check it out. I think Bartok is very much underrated.

From the mouth of the Dark Prince himself. Gotta love Trent :)

And of course, leave it to Radiohead for brilliant commentary on the dull and disappointing, aching emptiness that is modern life...

Pretty good as anti-corporate anthems go, I'd say :)

It rubs the lotion on its skin!

You know what creeps me out the most about this character now? I mean, at the time I saw Silence of the Lambs, I was probably starting college. But seeing this clever song/ video today, I suddenly realize that Buffalo Bill looks an awful lot like my ex-manager at Crapple! Holy shit! And he also used to screw up his face in the same way whenever he was 'displeased' with something. And that was just how he appeared. His personality was even more horrid. He was such a Little Lord Fauntleroy, really.

I think we should come out with a similar film, only the victim will not be a terrified, chubby adolescent girl in the pit, but an obese CEO. A lot more fair that, if you think about it. Sociopath preys on sociopath... What I wouldn't pay to see it!
